Privacy Policy
Picopie is an early-stage product. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit picopie.com, contact us, or request early access to Picopie.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, feedback, and messages sent to Picopie. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may also process basic technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.
How we use information
- To respond to messages and support requests.
- To manage waitlist and early access communication.
- To keep the website secure, reliable, and understandable.
- To improve Picopie based on product feedback.
Cookies and analytics
The current website does not intentionally set advertising cookies. Picopie does not currently use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker. Authentication uses strictly necessary cookies to keep a signed-in session secure. Picopie also uses one random, first-party cookie to deduplicate a small set of Play and Remix milestones. The private event ledger stores only keyed hashes and public Pico Card identifiers, excludes IP addresses, user agents, emails, code and project content, and retains events for at most 30 days.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the website, deliver email, host Picopie, or comply with legal obligations.
Data retention
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required by law.
